Acceptance Testing

Acceptance testing is essentially performed by, or on behalf of the customer. The system specifications may be used for the purpose of assessing functional and non-functional requirements against the actual system. In the context of this project, two levels of acceptance tests were and will be carried out: a systematic verification against the relevant W3C specifications, and an empiric demonstration to the customer (i.e. project supervisor).
